Allison Lewis-Towbes is a California-raised, New York-based actor and producer with a love for new work AND the classical canon. She is a founding company member of On The Verge, and she co-produces OTVReads New York wing. As a performer, she has worked on a national platform. Recent credits include Gracie Gardner's ATHENA (On The Verge x The Fowler Museum), Caridad Svich's RED BIKE (The Wilbury Group; Sheen Center Theater Festival), and Jennifer Higdon's COLD MOUNTAIN (The Music Academy of the West). She is a graduate of Northwestern University's Acting Program (2018) and of London's Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts Acting Shakespeare Program (2016). During her time at RADA, she was honored to play "Isabella" in Nick Hutchison's imagining of MEASURE FOR MEASURE. She completed a season as an acting apprenticeship with Chicago's Lakeside Shakespeare Theatre in 2017.
Allison is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and currently producing her first short film.
In the rest of her life, Allison is a certified perinatal personal trainer, a social media consultant, and a dog mom.
